TheTransitions Pathways Officer works one day a week in this role at school.

Ms O'Shea:

Supports young people who are at risk of not obtaining a QCE, having their enrolment cancelled or excluded to access alternative educational pathways.
Works with the school and students to ensure every young person has 'ID to Succeed'.
Monitors students in Year 13 during transition to employment and training, providing guidance and support as required.
Tracks early school leavers, offering support as required.
