Literacy Matters
  
The Resource Centre also promotes leisure reading with a great selection of popular young adult fiction and magazines. Year 8 and 9 students visit the Resource Centre regularly to master information skills such as note-taking and referencing as well as developing their literacy skills through the Wider Reading Program. The Children’s Book Council Reader’s Cup and our own school Reading Club are organised by the teacher-librarian to foster a love of reading and literature.
